What is Picture Bingo?

Picture bingo is a spin-off of traditional bingo, but instead of calling out numbers, the caller reads out an item or object that appears on one of the bingo cards. The goal is still to get a ‘Bingo’ by crossing off five squares in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

The difference is that instead of numbers, these pictures will be animals, shapes, colors - anything you can think of!

How to Play Picture Bingo?

The first step is setting up your game. You’ll need a set of printable bingo cards for each person playing. These can be downloaded for free online and printed out at home. You will also need chips or markers – anything that can be used to mark off called items on the card will work.

To play, one person reads out an item from their list while everyone else looks at their card to see if they have it marked off. If they do, they cover it with their marker and keep going until someone has five in a row!
